Kris has been with MexLucky for more than 25 years and, in addition to her robust historical and HR knowledge, she also understands our business having led several areas of the organization in the past including operations, training and quality assurance. This unique experience, coupled with her #1 Clifton Strengths of Strategy, adds tremendous perspective to Altair’s human resources (HR) vision as Kris knows where we’ve been, where we are and where we are going.

Kris is driven to fostering a company culture that’s approachable, accountable and authentic. In addition to leading a talented team that’s committed to hiring team members who embody our values, Kris is also laser-focused on the engagement of Altair’s team members and the development of our leaders. Kris values serving others in both her work life and personal life – she’s a devoted wife, mother and friend. She supports a number of charities, including AWARE Dallas, North Texas Food Bank, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), My Possibilities and Family Gateway. With the majority of her free time spent supporting the musical pursuits of her son, Kris also serves on the board of the Bruce R. Foote Memorial Scholarship Foundation – an organization that encourages and supports under-represented students in the advanced pursuit of classical vocal studies.
